Real estate with a real plan, and someone who's been in your shoes.

I'm Sam Palmieri, a North Carolina real estate broker with Anna Powell Real Estate | eXp Realty. I help people relocate, buy their first home, buy on a first responder's schedule, and sell with a real marketing plan, across the Triangle and Johnston County.

Who I help

However you're moving, I've got a plan for it.

I work with buyers and sellers across Wake, Durham, Orange and Johnston counties, and I can refer you to a trusted agent anywhere in the country if you're moving somewhere else.

Relocating to NC

I moved from New York to North Carolina and started over myself. I'll be your eyes and ears here, with video tours, commute test-drives and straight answers about taxes, utilities and timelines.

First Responders

I've worn the uniform. I know what it's like when your schedule doesn't care about open houses. Shift-friendly touring and verified programs, explained honestly.

For first responders

First-Time Buyers

Buyer agreements, due diligence, down payment programs: I'll walk you through every step in plain English, so you feel confident before you sign anything.

Buying a home

Sellers

Your home gets a real marketing plan, not just a sign in the yard: professional media, social strategy, a planned launch and weekly reports.

Hi, I'm Sam

From the NYPD to North Carolina real estate.

Before real estate, I served as an NYPD police officer. Then I relocated from New York to North Carolina and started over. I found my passion for marketing while working in property management, taught myself from the ground up, and became Director of Marketing for Caul Group, an eXp Realty mega team. I've also spoken at eXp Con about standing out in today's attention economy.

"I've worn the uniform, I've made the move, and I know how to get a home seen."

I'm a wife and a mom of two, and I treat every client's move like it matters, because it does.

Selling?

A real marketing plan, not just a sign in the yard.
